SAP MM Functional Lead

About the role

Senior SAP MM Functional Lead with 5+ years full-cycle implementation and support experience. Expert in configuring and deploying SAP MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory (IM/WM), and material master. Skilled in developing RICEF specifications, translating user requirements into system solutions, and managing end-to-end project delivery. Proven ability to interface with customers, build stakeholder relationships, and lead critical thinking to define best practices. Adept at designing test plans, executing scenarios, and supporting UAT. Experienced in project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional process improvement. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and flexible, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Willing to travel periodically to customer sites.

• Configure and deploy ERP application and business processes
• Develop RICEF specifications for custom development
• Interface with customers during design and deployment
• Translate user requests into system solutions
• Analyze system requirements and design configuration
• Build stakeholder relationships and align solutions
• Lead critical thinking to determine best practices
• Identify problems and research alternatives
• Prepare presentations and gain consensus
• Design test plans, execute scenarios, validate data
• Support business process testing and UAT
• Manage small to medium projects and budgets
• Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Support integration of non-SAP applications
• Maintain helpdesk database and resolve issues
• Define and design complex processes for SAP configuration
• Enforce IT software standards
