Technology Risk and Control team at Northern Trust drives secure, compliant technology across infrastructure, applications, cloud, SaaS, data and cybersecurity. The Senior Lead leads risk and control assessments, identifies gaps, partners with technology, cybersecurity, compliance and audit to shape risk treatment and governance. Based in Pune, India, the role is on-site with a flexible culture and opportunities for internal mobility.

What you’ll do

• Lead technology risk and control assessments across domains
• Identify control gaps and emerging risks
• Partner with technology, cybersecurity, compliance and audit teams
• Drive risk treatment lifecycle and issue remediation
• Prepare governance materials for senior management and risk committees
• Support regulatory exams, internal audits and independent risk assessments

What you’ll bring

• 10-12 years in Technology Risk Management, IT Audit, Cybersecurity Risk or Controls Assurance
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, cybersecurity or risk management
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC or CGEIT
