About the role
Chief Signaling Expert leads signalling strategy for semi high-speed rail projects in India, overseeing design, procurement, integration, testing, and compliance with safety standards, ensuring system performance and regulatory approvals.
What you’ll do
- Define and own signalling system strategy and architecture for semi high-speed rail projects.
- Lead technical reviews, specifications, and solutions for contractors.
- Ensure RAMS compliance and safety standards adherence.
- Manage regulatory approvals and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate system integration with rolling stock, telecom, and OCC.
- Oversee testing and commissioning to guarantee performance.
- Manage technical scope, schedule, budget, and risks for signalling work package.
- Provide team leadership and mentorship.
What you’ll bring
Graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent
Nice to have
- Master's degree (Engineering) preferred
- 10+ years experience in ETCS Level-2 Signalling System design, procurement, implementation, testing & commissioning
