About the role

Transition team at EXL drives end‑to‑end process transitions for clients, building capability and thought leadership in the function. The role leads client transition engagements, designs solutions, manages program governance, and mentors transition managers while overseeing new business pursuits. Based in Noida with a hybrid work model, the incumbent collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful transitions and continuous improvement.

• Lead client transition engagements and ensure successful handover
• Develop and implement transition frameworks and governance models
• Create customized solutions for new business pursuits
• Mentor transition managers and provide actionable feedback
• Drive capability building and innovation in the transitions function

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have

• 12+ years BPO experience
• 8+ years transitions experience
• 5+ years project management
• Program management of medium engagements
