About the role
Software Development team at Iris Software builds enterprise applications for clinical research clients. The role designs and implements Java backend services with Springboot, Hibernate and REST APIs, and creates responsive front‑ends using React and Redux. Works onsite in Noida, collaborating with US clients in an Agile environment, leveraging AWS basics for cloud integration.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain Java microservices
- Implement UI components in React
- Write database queries and optimize performance
- Integrate cloud services on AWS
- Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and US clients
- Ensure quality through SonarQube and automated tests
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Java development
- Springboot and Hibernate experience
- React.js with Hooks and Redux
- REST API design using JAX‑RS
- SQL proficiency with Oracle and PostgreSQL
- Agile/SCRUM methodology
- JIRA and Git version control
- Experience with AWS services (IAM, S3, SQS)
