About the role
Global HR Solutions at MUFG drives data‑driven HR consulting across the enterprise, delivering strategic projects and cyclical process support. The Assistant Vice President will lead internal consulting engagements, conduct data analysis, design deliverables, and partner with HR and business stakeholders to implement change. Based in Singapore (Marina One), on‑site role with occasional global collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver internal HR consulting engagements
- Plan, design, and execute engagement workstreams and deliverables
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis and present recommendations
- Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and working sessions with clients
- Support knowledge transfer and capability building for HR clients
- Participate in HR communities of practice to enhance skills and outcomes
- Champion HR Solutions services within the organization
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across regions
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Experience in one or more HR practice areas
- Consulting or advisory experience in a matrixed environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI
- Project planning and stakeholder management
