About the role
Healthcare Research team supports US staffing by identifying and qualifying healthcare facility leads. The analyst conducts market research, builds targeted client and candidate databases, and maintains pipeline accuracy using LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM systems. Hyderabad, night shift (6:30 PM‑3:30 AM IST), on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Conduct in‑depth research to identify US healthcare facilities and hiring managers
- Generate and qualify leads via databases, LinkedIn, and job portals
- Build and maintain pipeline of prospective clients and professionals
- Collect and verify key data points and track market trends
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems
- Support recruitment and business development with market intelligence
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years experience in non‑IT & healthcare research
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry structure
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online research tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
