What you’ll do
- Lead multi‑workstream consulting engagements across ISG
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with owners and milestones
- Develop executive‑ready presentations and storytelling
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Oversee change management and ensure adoption
- Track engagement economics, budgets, and performance metrics
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years management consulting or strategy transformation
- Experience leading large, complex programs
- Strong understanding of Sales & Trading ecosystem
- Prior experience at top‑tier consulting firm or investment bank
- BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred
