About the role

Manufacturing Development team at Mahindra & Mahindra drives part development for electronics and mechanical components. The Deputy Manager leads end‑to‑end part development, ensures quality, cost and delivery targets, and manages supplier relationships and risk mitigation. Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India – on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage entire part development lifecycle from design to production
• Ensure parts meet quality standards throughout development
• Achieve QCD targets for new and existing products
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Provide regular project progress reports

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years experience
• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech
• Deep understanding of electronics parts manufacturing processes
• APQP experience
• Supplier management and vendor analysis
• Design review and feasibility assessment
• Problem solving and risk mitigation
