APAC EMEA Payroll Analyst

About the role

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access through optimized branch operations and self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers globally. The APAC EMEA Payroll Analyst in Mumbai ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains payroll records, and provides expertise on payroll systems and regulations. Day-to-day work includes executing payroll cycles, reconciling data, managing payroll software, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, and collaborating with HR and Finance to resolve employee inquiries and drive process improvements.

What you’ll do

• Execute regular payroll cycles accurately and on time
• Verify and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions
• Process new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll status
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to government agencies as required
• Manage payroll software and systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees
• Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure accuracy

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/Finance
• 3+ years of experience in payroll and accounting reconciliation
• Established knowledge of payroll concepts for supported countries
• Excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to execute regular payroll cycles accurately and on time
• Ability to verify and reconcile payroll data including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions
• Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Ability to manage payroll software and systems ensuring data integrity and system functionality

Audits experience is preferred
