About the role

Strategy & Innovation team at WeWork India drives high‑impact transformation projects across the organization. The Manager leads end‑to‑end strategic initiatives, builds business cases, data models and dashboards, and partners with CXO‑level leaders to design, execute and adopt innovative solutions. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on‑site work model, collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic initiatives from ideation through adoption
• Act as central PMO lead ensuring governance and timely delivery
• Build business cases, strategic frameworks, data models and dashboards
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with BI, technology and engineering teams
• Gather external intelligence and synthesize trends into strategic insights
• Design programs and governance structures to foster innovation culture
• Partner with leadership to build organizational readiness for transformation

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience in strategy, innovation, consulting or business transformation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and business modeling
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Program management and execution rigor
