About the role

Enterprise Reconciliation Operations at Oaktree Capital Management focuses on maintaining and optimizing reconciliation services across loan syndication, corporate actions and fund accounting. The analyst designs matching rules, manages break workflows, conducts daily break reviews and performs root‑cause analysis to improve match rates and reduce manual effort. Hyderabad, on-site, full‑time role with collaboration across internal finance teams and external agents.

What you’ll do

• Maintain scope of reconciliation services and data mapping
• Create and improve matching rules to boost match rates
• Design and optimize break workflows and escalation protocols
• Conduct daily review of reconciliation breaks and communicate high‑risk items
• Perform detailed break research across loan notices, trading activity and corporate actions
• Provide management reporting on volumes, match rates and resolution trends
• Partner with internal and external teams to drive process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 2-6 years operations experience in asset management or financial services
• 2+ years private credit investment operations
• Knowledge of Geneva and DUCO reconciliation platforms
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
