About the role

SCM External Regulatory Compliance Team at Hitachi Energy builds global processes and digital tools to manage supply chain regulatory data. The Senior Specialist consolidates and validates data for regulations like CBAM and EUDR, leads CBAM application implementation, and drives continuous improvement of compliance workflows. Based in Bengaluru, India with hybrid work model, also supporting Krakow, Poland.

What you’ll do

Consolidate, validate and maintain regulatory compliance data across multiple regulations
Analyze import, supplier and emissions data to identify gaps and reporting risks
Support recurring and ad‑hoc regulatory reporting ensuring data completeness
Lead implementation of the CBAM application including UAT, training and hypercare
Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT to resolve defects and data issues
Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs and analytics tools for compliance monitoring
Manage project risks, blockers and stakeholder communications
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews and steering committee inputs

What you’ll bring

5-10 years experience in supply chain or regulatory compliance
Hands‑on experience with SAP GTS, S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or similar ERP tools
Proficiency with Celonis, Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps
Project management experience including UAT coordination and risk management
Vendor coordination and stakeholder communication skills
