Staff UX Designer

About the role

OneTrust, the AI-Ready Governance Platform, is hiring a Staff UX Designer in Bengaluru to enhance usability and digital experience for its product offerings. The role involves leading design deliverables from research to rollout while mentoring junior designers and advocating for UX best practices. This position operates under an office-first model requiring three days per week in the Bengaluru office.

What you’ll do

• Create deliverables for the entire design process including IA, interface design, and prototypes
• Identify, collect, and analyze UX metrics to inform user experience decisions
• Define and promote UX best practices and templates across the organization
• Serve as a UX advocate within the company
• Guide and mentor junior designers on the team
• Improve usability and overall digital experience for OneTrust product offerings

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field
• 7+ years of experience with the full product design process
• Portfolio demonstrating proven UX and UI design capabilities
• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• High proficiency in at least one UX area (research, IA, visual, or interaction design)

Nice to have

• Enterprise product design experience
• Experience designing web-based applications
• Experience leading a team
• Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, or security spaces
