About the role
The Procurement Business Analyst ensures ICU Medical’s procurement processes and Oracle EBS systems meet business needs, managing projects, enhancements, and support while collaborating with IT and stakeholders to deliver solutions and improve metrics.
What you’ll do
- Serve as liaison between technology and business end-users
- Identify, assess, and document business requirements
- Triage incidents/problems with Procurement systems (Tier II/III support)
- Create and improve Procurement function metrics and KPIs
- Write and socialize test plans, SIT and UAT test cases
- Orchestrate and manage SIT and UAT execution
- Assist with operational readiness documentation
- Provide input to buy vs. build decisions
- Participate in business case development
- Develop use cases for technology team
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training and documentation
- Evaluate business metrics and report on complex data
- Work on special projects as assigned
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain/Logistics, MIS, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle EBS Procurement modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have
- Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Purchasing
- Prior experience in Procurement systems implementations (Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Payables, Inventory, WIP, BOM)
