About the role

Eurofins IT Solutions team in Bengaluru builds the Eurofins Quality Management System (eQMS), a sophisticated web platform for scientists and engineers to manage quality and compliance processes. The Principal Engineer leads design and development of end‑to‑end .NET and Angular applications, mentors a team of developers, and ensures high‑quality, performant code aligned with FURPS standards. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – Hybrid, 3 days onsite.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop web applications using Microsoft stack
• Integrate browser‑based apps with existing services
• Own code quality, unit test coverage and documentation
• Mentor and coach development team
• Implement authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID)
• Collaborate globally with customers to gather requirements
• Drive architectural decisions for n‑tier and event‑driven systems
• Ensure performance, reliability and supportability

What you’ll bring

• 7-12 years of experience
• Proficient in .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI
• Angular 7+
• Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• Cosmos DB, Elastic Search
• Microservices, Domain‑Driven Design
• Strong OOP and SOLID principles
• Agile/SCRUM methodology
