What you’ll do
- Own and maintain domain architecture and technical vision
- Design, develop, and scale backend services with Java/Spring Boot
- Build and maintain high-quality APIs for web and mobile
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security standards
- Integrate and optimize cloud services across the platform
- Establish coding standards and champion code quality
- Lead through influence, collaborating with Engineering Manager
- Mentor engineers via code reviews and technical discussions
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years experience in backend or full-stack development
- Deep expertise in Spring / Spring Boot framework
- Strong problem-solving skills for scalable, user-centric systems
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and development
- Experience with React or Angular frontend development
