About the role
Provider Analytics team at Neolytix builds a healthcare data platform to power client reporting and credentialing. The Data Engineer designs, builds, and operates Azure lakehouse pipelines, ensuring data quality through automated validation. Gurugram office, on-site work model, with opportunity to own the platform within 12 months.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain medallion lakehouse on Azure stack
- Develop automated extraction connectors for EHR and claims files
- Implement validation harness for data quality
- Document architecture, runbooks, and standards
- Integrate new data sources via API or SFTP
- Mentor associate data engineer
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years data engineering experience
- Strong SQL and Python
- Hands‑on Azure Data Factory and Synapse/Fabric/Databricks
- End‑to‑end pipeline ownership
- Dimensional modeling in production
- HIPAA/PHI data handling
