Senior Analyst - Reporting & Analytics

About the role

This role supports a distributed team that integrates HR systems, databases, and workflow tools to empower people and line managers. The Senior Analyst will design and develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Responsibilities include building complex visualizations, maintaining metrics, leading BI pipelines, and integrating generative AI tools to streamline reporting. The analyst collaborates with cross‑functional teams, communicates findings clearly, and stays current with industry trends. Strong SQL, data modeling, and storytelling skills are essential, along with experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Visier and Workday reporting. What you’ll do

• Build various types of Workday reports and present data clearly
• Lead design and development of complex dashboards and visualizations
• Build Discovery boards and maintain calculations and data sources
• Develop and maintain extensive list of metrics aligned with business definitions
• Work with collaborators to provide detailed actionable insights
• Own and lead the BI work pipeline, ensuring timely delivery
• Integrate Generative AI and Co-Pilot tools into BI/reporting workflows
• Communicate and deliver analytical dashboards/reports with excellent presentation skills
• Proactively manage own schedule of work with little supervision
• Build good relationships with business customers and engineering teams

What you’ll bring

• Workday certified in Reporting
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Good communication, presentation and customer engagement skills
• Experience in building go-to market strategies for BI tools and solutions
• Proficient with business analysis tools and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with tools like Service Now, Asana, Jira Confluence
