About the role
Eurofins IT Solutions India (EITSI) QA team builds and maintains test automation frameworks for Eurofins' global laboratory software platforms. The Principal QA Test Engineer leads automation strategy, designs frameworks, and mentors engineers while collaborating across product and DevOps teams. Bangalore, hybrid model with 3 days onsite, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement test automation frameworks for multiple solutions
- Train and mentor test engineers on automation best practices
- Analyze testing processes and recommend improvements
- Develop test plans, strategies, and documentation
- Collaborate with Agile product teams to integrate quality engineering
- Participate in Quality Guild workshops and training sessions
- Apply DevOps practices to streamline test pipelines
- Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years test automation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in English
- BDD and ATDD methodology experience
- Testing RESTful and SOAP web services
- JavaScript, C#, TypeScript proficiency
- Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman expertise
- Git and Azure DevOps familiarity
