Cyber Security Manager, Offensive Security

About the role

Cyber Security team at EY focuses on protecting clients through advanced offensive security services. The Manager leads end‑to‑end red‑team, cloud‑native VAPT, and DevSecOps engagements, mentors consultants, and drives practice growth across the MENA region. Kochi, India, on‑site work model, with travel across MENA as required.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver offensive security engagements
• Manage client relationships and present findings to executives
• Mentor and develop consulting team members
• Develop methodologies, playbooks, and practice assets

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in Cyber Security, IT, or Computer Science
• 10-14 years offensive security experience
• OSCP, OSEP, OSCE, CRTO, GWAPT, or GPEN certification

Nice to have

• Red team and purple team execution
• Cloud security assessments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• API and microservices security testing
• DevSecOps pipeline security validation
