SAP S/4HANA Senior Technical Lead

About the role

Sopra Steria seeks a Senior Technical Lead in Noida to drive digital transformation for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. The role involves leading end-to-end technical architecture, designing Clean Core solutions on SAP BTP, and defining integration strategies using APIs and event-driven patterns. This full-time position requires strong leadership in technical governance and stakeholder management within an on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for S/4HANA and RISE with SAP programs
• Drive zero-modification/Clean Core extensibility using SAP BTP, RAP, CAP, and SAP Build
• Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, and Event Mesh
• Provide technical leadership across RAP, CDS Views, ABAP on HANA, and OData-based Adobe Forms
• Establish ABAP development standards, ATC compliance, code quality, and performance optimization
• Lead technical design reviews, solution estimations, architecture documentation, and risk assessments
• Ensure scalable, future-ready SAP solutions through technical governance
• Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, security, and integration teams

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech/MCA degree
• 8–10 years total SAP technical experience
• 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects
• Proven Technical Architect/Lead experience in large-scale programs

Nice to have

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023+
• Experience with Greenfield/Brownfield conversions
• Knowledge of RISE with SAP and Clean Core Architecture
• Proficiency in SAP HANA and cloud deployment models
