About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop thermal attribute roadmaps and technology plans
• Define and release design validation plans for virtual and physical testing
• Lead thermal attribute assessments across prototype and production stages
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Create test reports, engineering sign‑offs, and compliance documentation
• Support field issue investigations and product optimization initiatives
• Drive process improvements and budget proposals for testing capabilities
