Oracle APEX Developer & VBCS

About the role

IT Infrastructure Services team at TATA Consultancy Services builds enterprise-grade Oracle solutions. The Oracle APEX Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable APEX applications, creates interactive grids, forms, and workflow-driven solutions, and integrates them with VBCS, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Role is based in Delhi with on-site work model, supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Autonomous Database environments.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Oracle APEX applications with custom forms, reports, and dashboards
• Build responsive UI components using VBCS
• Implement workflow automation and process design
• Integrate solutions via REST APIs, ORDS, and OIC
• Optimize database objects and queries for performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and stability issues
• Document technical designs and support deployment activities

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years Oracle APEX development
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise
• Experience with VBCS UI development
• Hands‑on REST APIs, ORDS, OIC integration
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) exposure
• Performance tuning of Oracle databases
