About the role
Radar CoE team at Chubb focuses on modernizing actuarial pricing through Radar pricing models for P&C insurance. The Senior Analyst I prepares and translates rating manuals into Radar models, validates premiums, updates algorithms, and supports proof‑of‑concept projects while collaborating with onshore and offshore actuarial, underwriting, and IT teams. What you’ll do
- Prepare and translate rating manuals into Radar pricing models
- Validate premiums against data sets for accuracy
- Update and enhance Radar models including rate modifiers and algorithms
- Support proof‑of‑concept projects within the team
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore actuarial, underwriting, and IT teams
What you’ll bring
- 2-6 years actuarial or pension experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with VBA/Excel macros
- Proficiency in SQL, R or Python
- Familiarity with rating algorithms and raters
Nice to have
Prior work with Radar suite software is a plus
