About the role

Client Technology at EY drives growth by building robust platforms and product engines. As Test Lead you will define and execute test strategies, lead automation across functional and AI domains, and mentor a cross‑functional testing team. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to work on AI‑assisted testing frameworks.

What you’ll do

• Lead test activities and supervise testers
• Define test scope, plans, metrics and timelines
• Implement automation strategies for functional and AI testing
• Develop reusable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Drive defect triage, prioritization and release readiness
• Design and execute AI testing for models, including bias and fairness checks
• Collaborate with engineering groups to adopt testing procedures
• Mentor and grow a cross‑functional testing team

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium and Java or Python
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools
• Experience building large‑scale automation frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of AI testing and automation strategies
• Agile methodology expertise
