What you’ll do

• Provide detailed review and analysis of complex private equity, hedge fund, and FoF partnership tax returns
• Serve as tax client service coordinator and communicate non‑technical insights
• Advise clients on tax planning, research, compliance, and M&A activities
• Manage cross‑functional tax practice engagements
• Stay current on tax law changes and firm policies
• Support new business development and service expansion

What you’ll bring

• Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field
• 10+ years business taxation experience
• Active CPA, CA, or EA
• Experience with asset management clients
• Knowledge of tax code and compliance
• Client engagement management
