Engagement Manager

About the role

Fractal Analytics seeks an Engagement Manager to lead AI-driven programs for a Fortune 50 Oncology Pharma client from India. Day-to-day work includes consolidating AI initiatives, driving delivery excellence, managing a team of data scientists, and collaborating with cloud engineers and domain consultants on Gen AI, MLOps, and LLM ops projects. The role targets NPS 70+ and $2.5-4MN annual revenue while acting as a strategic partner within the pharma practice. Locations include Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Noida.

What you’ll do

• Lead and drive Fortune 50 Oncology Pharma client programs including omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service/fieldforce copilot progra
• Deliver to client satisfaction (NPS 70+) with $2.5-4MN annual revenue
• Consolidate all AI initiatives in the account to enhance efficiency and growth opportunities
• Drive delivery excellence ensuring high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Manage a team of data scientists providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Collaborate daily with cloud engineers, designers, and domain consultants to execute task and project deliverables
• Participate in daily account calls representing the AI team and contributing to strategic discussions
• Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest technologies, contributing to business development efforts

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years proven track record leading AI projects, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
• 1+ year in Gen AI development and deployment of solutions
• Cloud Engineering knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to scale AI solutions
• Strong people leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated project management experience including delivery oversight and resource management
• Strategic mindset to drive business growth and identify expansion opportunities
