About the role
Controllership COE at Dentsu Aegis Network India builds robust financial controls and reporting for the US market. The role supports the Manager and Financial Controller in month‑end closure, budgeting, reconciliations, and internal control testing, while leading a team of up to three members. Based in Bangalore, the position is on‑site with full‑time commitment.
What you’ll do
- Assist Manager and Financial Controller in US market transitional activities
- Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting and control
- Deliver month‑end closure including P&L and balance sheet finalization
- Lead budget and reforecast preparation
- Drive reconciliations and BS call actions
- Prepare balance sheet presentations and risk analysis
- Manage specialist finance activities (taxation, VAT, treasury, insurance, FX hedging)
- Improve financial processes with Operational and Commercial Finance teams
- Support external audit and J‑SOX control testing
- Lead and manage team of up to 3 members
What you’ll bring
