Junior Site Reliability Engineer, ServiceNow Platform

About the role

ServiceNow Platform team at LTM LIMITED builds and operates the core ServiceNow infrastructure enabling reliable travel and commerce services. The Junior Site Reliability Engineer ensures platform reliability by maintaining MID Servers, ACC agents, and integrations, automating deployments with Terraform, Puppet, and GitLab CI/CD, and implementing observability with Prometheus and Grafana. Bengaluru office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Act as operational bridge between ServiceNow teams and SRE organization
• Maintain and support ServiceNow distributed infrastructure including MID Servers and ACC agents
• Monitor reliability and performance against SLA targets
• Automate deployments and operational tasks via IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement logging, monitoring, and telemetry dashboards
• Manage secrets and ensure compliance with security standards
• Troubleshoot production incidents and automate remediation
• Collaborate with developers to improve system reliability

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years SRE/DevOps experience
• Hands‑on with GitLab CI/CD
• Puppet and Terraform expertise
• Kubernetes on Linux for Java applications
• AWS infrastructure provisioning
• ServiceNow platform knowledge (MID Servers, ACC Agents)
• HashiCorp Vault for secrets management
• Monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana
