About the role

HR Enablement team at PTC focuses on enhancing employee experience through streamlined HR operations and digital tools. The Associate HR Enablement will support onboarding, offboarding, and HR process optimization, collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, and leverage Workday analytics to improve service delivery. Based in Pune, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support and execute HR processes across employee lifecycle
• Drive HR enablement initiatives to improve employee experience
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs and business stakeholders
• Monitor HR operations metrics and dashboards
• Leverage HR tools and automation platforms
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Provide support for employee queries and requests
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• MBA or equivalent degree with HR specialization
• 1-2 years experience in HR operations
• Experience in matrix or multinational environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Hands‑on Workday and Microsoft tools
