About the role
Data & Analytics team at Luxasia builds AI-driven solutions to enhance commercial operations and customer experiences. The AI Engineer designs, develops, and scales internal AI assistants and multi-step agentic workflows, integrating them with ERP, CRM, and data platforms while ensuring reliability and monitoring. Delhi, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship internal AI assistants from beta to full deployment
- Develop multi-step agentic AI workflows for pricing, campaign monitoring, and spend optimization
- Create human-in-the-loop interfaces for review and approval of AI recommendations
- Instrument AI products with telemetry, analytics, and monitoring
- Evaluate emerging AI platforms and produce recommendations
- Conduct internal AI training and workshops
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years software or ML engineering experience
- 1-2 years production LLM or agentic AI systems
- Python development
- Prompt engineering
- REST API integration
- LangChain or AutoGen experience
- Experience in e-commerce or retail tech
