Design-for-Test (DFT) Engineer

About the role

This role supports a client of Weekday as a Design-for-Test (DFT) Engineer based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Telangana, India. The position involves driving DFT strategy and implementation for complex ASIC/SoC designs through hands-on ATPG, Scan, and test architecture development. Candidates will collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams to ensure high test coverage and manufacturability.

• Drive design-for-test strategy and implementation for complex ASIC/SoC designs
• Develop robust, production-ready test solutions
• Ensure high test coverage, quality, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, Verification, and Product Engineering teams

What you’ll bring

• 5–20 years of industry experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in ATPG and Scan
• Solid understanding of test architecture
• Knowledge of fault coverage and test pattern generation
• Experience with DFT verification
