About the role

What you’ll bring
- Master's degree in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- PhD preferred
- 8-10 years R&D experience in solar inverters, BESS, or STATCOM
- Expertise in power conversion topologies
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, ETAB
- Experience with Altium or ORCAD
- Leadership of complex engineering projects
- Mentoring junior engineers
