About the role

IT Department at Tech Mahindra focuses on delivering robust SAP RISE solutions for enterprise clients. The Tech Specialist will lead SAP Basis administration, oversee S/4HANA migrations, and implement automation for cloud‑hosted SAP landscapes. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to collaborate across hyperscaler and security teams.

What you’ll do

• Support SAP RISE operations including sizing, scalability, and performance optimization
• Execute S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and patching in cloud environments
• Implement technical standards, transport management, and system refreshes
• Collaborate with hyperscaler providers for HA/DR and cost optimization
• Develop monitoring and alerting frameworks using SAP tools and native cloud services
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOX, GDPR, and security standards
• Maintain documentation for architecture, procedures, and disaster recovery
• Provide technical recommendations on emerging SAP technologies

• 9+ years SAP Basis administration
• S/4HANA cloud expertise
• SAP RISE architecture experience
• Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Performance monitoring (SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager)
• HA/DR design with Azure/AWS/GCP
