About the role
Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team within Accenture Operations delivers data‑driven insights to Market and Services leadership. The Analytics and Modeling Specialist designs metrics, builds dashboards and reports, and partners with stakeholders to drive performance improvements. Based in Pune, India, this role works on-site at the Accenture office.
What you’ll do
- Deliver analytics and insights to market/service leadership
- Define and track business metrics across finance, sales, talent, quality, delivery
- Produce reports, scorecards and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Manage ad‑hoc reporting requests and agile change requests
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and provide data‑driven recommendations
- Oversee data accuracy, QA processes and peer reviews
- Mentor and coach team members
- Drive adoption of Accenture tools and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- 7-11 years experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Power BI expertise
- SQL, SSRS, Access, VBA knowledge
- Data visualization and dashboard creation
- Project management experience
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
- Ability to work across time zones
