What you’ll do
- Drive data‑driven problem solving and decision making
- Interact with customers to understand requirements and meet KPIs
- Implement Lean Sigma methodology for process and quality improvements
- Identify improvement opportunities and achieve quality objectives
- Train and mentor Green Belt teams and oversee project progress
- Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and monitor quality management systems
What you’ll bring
- 5 years total experience
- 2 years quality assurance or process management
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering
- Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
