About the role
Digital Learning team at KPMG creates engaging eLearning experiences for clients. The Senior Analyst designs and develops graphics, animations, and multimedia assets, supports storyboarding, and ensures visual quality across LMS platforms. Works onsite in Bangalore, collaborating with project managers, SMEs, and QA teams to deliver high‑impact learning content.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with project managers, content developers, SMEs, programmers, and QA teams
- Design and develop graphics, illustrations, animations, and multimedia assets for eLearning
- Interpret requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Apply visual storytelling techniques to enhance learner engagement
- Perform quality checks to meet KPMG brand and standards
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast‑paced environment
- Take ownership of deliverables as both individual contributor and team member
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years graphic design experience for eLearning
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience with video editing tools (Camtasia, Audacity)
- Experience with animation tools (Vyond, Synthesia, Powtoon)
- Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Familiarity with LMS integration and ADDIE instructional design
