Technical Program Coordinator

About the role

Atari's technology team drives infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations across global markets. The Technical Program Coordinator owns end‑to‑end program delivery, maintains a unified view of active projects, builds AI‑powered automation for status reporting, and crafts executive briefs. Delhi, on-site, hybrid coordination with North America and Europe teams.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a single, accurate view of all active projects across infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations
• Track team goals, monitor progress, and align teams to outcomes
• Run the department’s operating rhythm, ensuring clear decisions and deadlines
• Translate technical details for business stakeholders and prepare executive updates
• Design and build AI‑driven automation for meeting transcripts, status reporting, and KPI dashboards
• Identify and eliminate repetitive manual work through scripting and low‑code tools
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards reflecting genuine delivery health

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in engineering, infrastructure, IT operations, DevOps, or technical program management
• Strong aptitude for AI and automation with hands‑on experience using AI tools
• Proven program management fundamentals and ownership mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across teams
• Technical literacy to follow cloud deployments, incidents, and dependencies
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Nice to have

• Python or equivalent scripting for automation
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Power Automate or REST API integrations
• SQL and dashboarding in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Grafana
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI services into internal tools
