About the role

JLL Building Operations team ensures reliable electromechanical services across properties. The Senior Shift Incharge leads a technician crew to maintain utilities, execute preventive maintenance, manage vendors, and uphold safety and SLA standards. Hyderabad, India, on-site, 48 weekly hours.

What you’ll do

Manage electromechanical and utilities services
Implement preventive maintenance plans
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
Oversee vendor quotations, invoices and SLA compliance
Lead hiring, training and development of shift engineers
Monitor budgeting, KPI scores and energy conservation initiatives
Ensure safety permits and emergency response planning
Maintain equipment history and compliance documentation

What you’ll bring

Diploma or B.E in Electrical/Electronics

Nice to have

5+ years experience in real estate, hotel or construction maintenance
