About the role

Finance ACES (FGBS ACES) drives data‑driven continuous improvement across Amazon Finance. The Sr Continuous Improvement Expert leads project discovery, defines Lean Six Sigma phases, partners with business teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities, and manages a portfolio of improvement projects while representing Finance ACES in global meetings. Hyderabad, TS, IND, on‑site work model, relocation available.

What you’ll do

Lead project discovery and define Lean Six Sigma phases
Partner with Finance and business teams to identify cost‑saving and revenue leakage opportunities
Manage improvement project portfolio and audit sustained benefits
Represent Finance ACES in local and global meetings
Develop internal networks to uncover improvement opportunities
Create quantitative and qualitative process maps
Conduct data mining to detect defects and financial losses
Assess automation initiatives and regulatory compliance
