Healthcare & Pharma Communications team at Burson drives reputation and brand impact for pharma clients. The Senior Public Relation Manager leads client relationships, crafts integrated communication strategies, mentors junior staff, and oversees campaign execution and budget management. Gurugram, India, hybrid (4 days onsite).

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and develop strategic communication programs
• Oversee execution of PR campaigns ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
• Create and review press releases, key messages, media pitches, and holding statements
• Build and maintain media, journalist, and stakeholder relationships
• Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and preparing proposals
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive culture
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, documentation, and invoicing
• Ensure compliance with agency processes and use of AI tools

• 6-8 years public relations experience
• Healthcare and pharma client exposure
• Strong media relations and content development skills
• Proven budget and vendor management
