About the role

Purpose of the Role Responsible for Equipment Maintenance Plan & its Execution (TCF Shop), Troubleshooting, and Optimization of technical systems through Kaizens. Spare part planning. Job Responsibility Independently manage Maintenance activities for TCF Shop while ensuring SQPDCME goals are achieved. Maintaining TCF Shop OEE, Preparing Maintenance Loss Report and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action Plan) for down time. Maintaining MTTR & MTBF as per target. Kaizens to solve Process Issues / Quality issues. Root cause analysis with Execution of Countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence. Involvement in New Machine set up, with planning team right from the RFQ stage to its Proving. Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept due to machine malfunctioning. Revenue cost reduction –initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT. Generate Safety working culture Develop improvement of culture Knowledge of quality systems and adherence Implementation of TPM in Machining Driving Tool cost reduction, Power cost Reduction & productivity improvement projects Safe operation of Machineries Coordinate with line management on a regular basis Immediate & quick actions on Layer Audit points & SLA points. Enhance the skill level of team members by conducting technical training / on job training. Departmental MIS preparation Routine reports preparation. Liaison with Manufacturing and Quality for DWM issues and resolution. TPM, 5’S’, &system knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum education qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. (Electrical / Mechatronics) Minimum experience requirement: 5-10 years Working knowledge requirement: TCF Shop Equipment’s, like Fanuc Robot, Allen Bradley PLC Programing, Well versed with Working and Troubleshooting of VFD’s and SCADA Programming, Python Programming for ImplementingAI based solutions, Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens Controls, Hands On Exposure of Power & Free Conveyor Systems, Lifts, VIN Punching machine controllers, APCom Leak testing Machines. Well versed with IOT Implementation and have worked in Industry 4.0 enabled company. Well versed with CBM Techniques and TBM Implementation Problem solving tools & techniques such as - Cause- Effect, Control charts, Pareto analysis, Kaizen, QFD, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, PFD, Control Plan, WIS, PFMEA, TQM, DWM Etc. People Management / IR issue handling / conflict Management MOST understanding, Line Balancing and Work content reduction TPM Principles and application IATF 16949 & IMS 14001 & 45000 DuPont Safety Standards, LOTO, PTW, ESMS, WAH, HIRA, Safe Work Zone. Skills & Competencies Should be aware of TPM Principles and application. Sound knowledge PLC Programming, SCADA Programming, Python Programming & IOT To be comfortable to own higher responsibility with the ever-evolving industry dynamics and be receptive to change. To be ready to work in very lean set up and drive a young team delivering aspirational targets every day. Need to have a leader’s mindset –Ability to motivate the team, Learn from team and lead the team, innovative thinking, communication skills and customer approach. What you’ll do

• Develop and execute equipment maintenance plans for TCF shop
• Maintain OEE, MTTR and MTBF targets and generate loss reports
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve process quality and reduce downtime
• Oversee new machine setup from RFQ to commissioning
• Implement TPM, 5S and zero‑rejection concepts across the line
• Coordinate with line management and support functions for audit and SLA compliance
• Prepare departmental MIS and routine reports
• Conduct technical and on‑job training for team members

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years experience
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechatronics
• Hands‑on with Fanuc robots and Allen‑Bradley PLCs
• Experience with VFDs, SCADA and Python for AI solutions
• IoT implementation in Industry 4.0 environments
• Knowledge of TPM, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Proficiency in root‑cause analysis tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, PFMEA)
• People management and conflict resolution
