About the role
As a Business Process Architect at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will analyze and design innovative business processes and produce documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Day-to-day work includes partnering with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, conducting user and task analysis, leading process model refinement, facilitating cross-team communication, and mentoring junior members. This full-time role is based at the Bengaluru office.
What you’ll do
- Analyze and design new business processes and create documentation to guide implementation of new processes and technologies
- Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases that meet process and functional requirements
- Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
- Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions for the immediate team and across teams
- Lead development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization and innovation opportunities
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP
- 15 years of full-time education
- Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience documenting detailed business process workflows and functional requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather user and task insights
