About the role

Analog/Mixed-Signal IP Design team at onsemi develops next‑generation automotive, industrial and medical IP. The Principal Digital Design Engineer leads architecture definition, feasibility studies and design/verification of ultra‑low‑power mixed‑signal components such as ADCs, DACs and PLLs, while mentoring small sub‑teams and collaborating on SoC integration. Bangalore, India, on-site work model with hybrid collaboration across global projects.

What you’ll do

• Define architecture and conduct feasibility studies for new analog/mixed‑signal IP
• Drive design and verification of CMOS and SOI designs for reuse across markets
• Lead small sub‑project teams and contribute to SoC integration
• Propose innovative solutions to meet customer and product needs
• Collaborate on DFT strategies and document designs thoroughly
• Partner with test, product and applications engineering for production release

What you’ll bring

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering
• 10 years ultra‑low‑power digital design using Verilog/SystemVerilog
• System‑level thinking and technical leadership
• Creativity, reliability and team spirit
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
