About the role

What you’ll do
- Apply engineering principles to develop new furniture products
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and specifications
- Coordinate prototype fabrication and testing with suppliers
- Collaborate with industrial designers to translate design vision
- Evaluate cost estimates and optimize manufacturability
- Support PPAP and release processes for production parts
- Document engineering changes, ECOs, and test results
- Mentor junior engineers on basic tasks
What you’ll bring
- 4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5-8 years product development experience
- Proficiency in Creo CAD software
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
