Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Commutatus Digital Product Studio builds platforms for startups, corporates and social organisations. As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will own end‑to‑end design for complex engagements, create and maintain design systems, mentor junior designers and lead client‑facing design conversations. Bangalore, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own design end‑to‑end across discovery, wireframes and high‑fidelity screens
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and documentation
• Mentor 2–3 junior and mid‑level designers
• Lead client‑facing design conversations and present work
• Collaborate with PMs and engineering leads on scoping and feasibility
• Run design critiques and define design standards

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years UI/UX design experience
• 1+ year senior-level experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product work
• Evidence of design system ownership
• Experience mentoring or guiding designers
• Comfort working in fast‑paced client‑facing environment
