About the role

Senior Fullstack Engineer at Fractal Analytics, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise web applications for Fortune 500 clients. Lead architect collaboration on backend and frontend using JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, ReactJS or Angular, and Python (3.6+), Django (4+), or FastAPI. Integrate data science outputs via REST APIs, create dynamic infographics, and support agile sprints with Jira/Asana. Manage junior engineers, deliver sprint plans, and document processes. Expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, OLAP/OLTP, RESTful services, performance optimization, multithreading, high‑traffic infrastructure, caching, microservices, messaging queues, and Azure services (WebApp, VM, Monitor, App Insights, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Logic Apps). Proficient in test‑driven development with React Testing Library, PyTest, Nose, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Skilled in visualization libraries (D3, Chart.js, Highcharts), PWA, and reverse proxies (Nginx, Apache HTTPD). Strong problem‑solving, Git, SSMS, Postman, Swagger, SonarQube, and MLOps/GenAI concepts.

What you’ll do

• Helping the Architect estimating, managing, developing & maintaining the backend and frontend for various Data to Decision projects for our Fortune 500 client
• Work closely with the data science & engineering team to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs
• Work closely with business and product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls
• Help the junior engineers on the project to effectively code and deliver as per the sprint plan and take care of their career aspirations and goals
• Be the speaker in translating technical project journeys and sharing with clients
• Participate in UAT, and diagnose & troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
• Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of demonstrable experience designing, building, and working as a Fullstack Engineer for enterprise web applications
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
• Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS or Angular
• Expert-level proficiency with Python (3.6+), Django (4+), or FastAPI
• Expertise with common databases (MySQL & MongoDB) and data warehousing concepts (OLAP, OLTP)
• Expertise of REST concepts and building/interacting with REST APIs
• Hands‑on experience with test‑driven development using React Testing Library, PyTest or Nose
• Deep understanding of UI concepts: cross‑browser compatibility, responsive design, D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, PWA
• Deep understanding of backend concepts: RESTful services, functional databases, performance optimization, multithreading, high‑traffic infrastructure, caching, microservices, messaging queues
• Working experience with Azure Services: WebApp, VM, Monitor, App Insights, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Logic Apps
• Working experience with GenAI and MLOps concepts
• Great problem‑solving skills and expertise with Git, SSMS, Postman, Swagger, SonarQube

Nice to have

• Experience working with UX designers and bringing design to life
• Understanding of Sprints and Agile and prior experience managing Sprints with Jira/Asana
• Experience with Microservices, Messaging Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Experience with reverse proxy engines such as Nginx, Apache HTTPD
• Familiarity with Github Actions or any other CI/CD tool (e.g., Jenkins)
