About the role
EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in-house agency delivering high-impact, on-brand creative solutions across multiple media platforms. As a Senior Associate — Senior Multimedia Specialist, you conceptualize and produce multimedia and motion graphic content, liaise with art directors and content teams, and mentor junior members while working within brand specifications. The role is based in Trivandrum or Kochi, India.
What you’ll do
- Conceptualize and produce multimedia collaterals, including motion graphic content for websites, e-learning modules, internal SharePoint sites, and social media platforms
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and share ideas
- Provide unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers
- Meet and exceed expectations in aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
- Adhere to EY brand standards and remain cognizant of visual and verbal guidelines
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for applying creativity in a production environment
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends and advocate them to teams and customers
- Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong motion graphics animation capability
- Strong visual design capability
- 5+ years of relevant experience
