About the role

Netomi is the leading agentic AI platform transforming enterprise customer experience. As a Staff Product Designer you will own end‑to‑end design for foundational platform initiatives, shaping strategy into polished UX for the control tower that lets customers design, govern and monitor AI agents. You will work directly with Fortune‑500 customers, partner with product, engineering and customer teams across geographies, and help define design systems that scale. Remote work model with occasional collaboration across time zones.

What you’ll do

  • Own end‑to‑end design for platform‑foundation initiatives
  • Create coherent UX for the control tower, unifying agent configuration, governance and monitoring
  • Drive design for PLG transition including onboarding and in‑product education
  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to observe challenges and design solutions
  • Establish design patterns, systems and quality bars for other designers and engineers
  • Partner deeply with Product, Engineering and Customer teams across geographies

What you’ll bring

  • 8–12 years product design experience
  • B2B/enterprise SaaS platform design
  • Ownership of large ambiguous initiatives
  • Strong systems thinking and design frameworks
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration
  • Portfolio demonstrating impact
  • Experience with AI or data‑heavy products a plus
  • High agency and curiosity about customers
